Description
We are looking for a Director, Salesforce Product Management, to join our Product Management Team. As the Director, Salesforce Product Management, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership for Mascoma Bank's Salesforce platform and applications. You will collaborate cross-functionally to define product goals and road maps in alignment with organizational goals and priorities, and ensure revenue, business value, and client loyalty goals are met by prioritizing and continuously delivering platform capabilities and improvements on a timely basis. Your successful leadership of the product's full lifecycle, including implementation, enhancements, administration, and support, along with your elevated level of strategic thinking will be crucial when translating strategy into actionable deliverables and making informed decisions.
Requirements
- Understand the Mascoma Bank's vision, strategy, and the business processes, use cases and needs supported by our Salesforce applications.
- Manage the product lifecycle to meet the evolving needs of business lines.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders and business process owners to build and manage the product roadmap, maximize the value of the applications and functionality implemented, and provide subject matter expertise.
- Map business processes, gather requirements, document use cases, write and validate user stories, and lead user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet the needs of the business.
- Lead a team responsible for implementation, support, and improvements to processes and functionality within Salesforce.
- Oversee performance management processes of team members, including setting clear performance objectives and ensuring the team members are held accountable for their individual responsibilities in achieving strategic goals and supporting the lifecycle of the platform.
- Ensure appropriate risk assessments are conducted annually or as releases take place (and as needed) when changes impact the product.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers including contract negotiation, performance evaluation, and oversight of deliverables related to product ownership and system development.
- Create, maintain, and clearly communicate with developers and/or vendors, business lines and all stakeholders the goals, backlog, and needs to achieve success.
- Responsible for following the Project Management Framework and Software Development Lifecycle policy as required.
- Adheres to and upholds all written policies and procedures of Mascoma Bank, including BSA/CIP and OFAC monitoring and reporting, security, operation, and personnel policies.

Location: This position can be performed remotely within our VT/NH service areas. What You Bring
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the job functions.
- 7+ years of managerial experience.
- Strong time management and project management skills.
- Experience with product management and agile working environments.
- Strong understanding of platform development, terminology, and operational and development methodologies
- Demonstrable expertise in extracting insights from qualitative & quantitative research.
- Knowledge of applications supported by the bank including: Employee Portal, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, BankOps, service Cloud Voice and Financial Services Cloud (CRM).
- Must be able to work autonomously, stay on timeline, and communicate with different technical skill levels.
- Ability to communicate effectively with other departments including listening and determining common goals.
- Work independently to research and analyze information to self-identify opportunities. Able to maintain confidentiality and privacy.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy of customer information.

$104,724 - $141,378/year depending on experience
