Join our team as a Senior Tax Accountant and become an integral part of our Corporate Tax Department. In this vital role, you will engage in diverse responsibilities, including domestic tax compliance, tax accounting (ASC 740), tax planning, and tax audits. You will collaborate with our Domestic Tax team, Big Four advisors, and Finance professionals/business partners. Your contributions will be key to driving our success and innovation in the field of corporate tax.

How You'll Make An Impact:



  • Prepare quarterly and annual income tax provision as well as SOX documentation for the US entities.
  • Prepare/Review US Federal and State tax return workpapers.
  • Calculate and submit quarterly estimated tax payments and extension payments.
  • Coordinate and review US Federal and State income tax returns prepared by external service providers.
  • Work cross-functionally to gather information necessary for income tax provision and compliance.
  • Assist in responding to inquiries from tax authorities in connection with notices and audits.
  • Assist in US Federal and State R&D tax credit study.
  • Assist in tax technical research, M&A and other ad hoc projects.


What You Bring:



  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics. Advanced degree in Accounting or Taxation a plus.
  • Work Experience: 3 to 6 years in public accounting and/or US large corporate.
  • High work standards and strong work ethics.
  • Ability to produce timely deliverables and manage multiple and shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Scale and process-oriented with high attention to details, accuracy and follow-through.
  • Experience with SAP, FCC, and/or One Source Income Tax Provision a plus.

Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is $117,900 to $162,000 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
