Job Summary:

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our collaborative finance team. If you want to build your career within an industry-leading, rapidly growing technology company, then Ping is the right place for you. In this role, you will report to the Accounting Supervisor and gain exposure to multiple areas of financial accounting. You will play an active role in the general ledger and month-end close processes. This position offers exposure to many financial areas of the organization and is a great opportunity to expand your accounting knowledge.

You will:



  • Prepare journal entries and perform monthly account reconciliations
  • Contribute to process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the month-end close process
  • Take ownership of specific accounting areas, such as bonus accruals and lease accounting
  • Review vendor bills and participate in the monthly accrual process
  • Prepare and maintain documentation to support SOX and financial statement audit requests
  • Special Projects: We are a growing company so you will have opportunities to work on special projects


You have:



  • BS/BA in Accounting
  • CPA candidate (a plus)
  • 1+ years of accounting experience
  • Knowledge of US GAAP
  • Experience with a GL accounting system (we use NetSuite)

Salary Range: $66,000 - $79,000

In accordance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors, such as knowledge, skills, and abilities.
