Summary/ Objective:
Optimize Schaedler Yesco Distribution's digital presence to increase engagement and generate leads. Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing efforts, including website, SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and other digital tactics. Maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels and ensure all tools align with overall marketing strategy and business objectives. Analyze performance metrics (ROI, KPIs, opportunity development) to improve campaign effectiveness.
Essential Functions:
- Plan, develop, and maintain company website and subsites (excluding eCommerce management).
- Create, edit, and audit site content for accuracy, engagement, and SEO best practices.
- Monitor website performance, security, and mobile responsiveness.
- Track and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and other performance metrics.
- Create and manage social media content, monitor engagement, and implement strategies to grow followers and drive sales/leads.
- Develop and monitor digital campaign budgets.
- Stay updated on social media trends and apply relevant strategies.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, write compelling copy, create targeted lists, and automate messages.
- Develop and manage location-based marketing (geofencing), SMS campaigns, and SYDtv content.
- Collaborate with marketing, other departments, and external partners to ensure alignment with brand and business objectives.

- Desired Skills:

Supervisory Responsibility:
- This position is not a supervisory role and does not have any direct reports.
Work Environment:
This job operates in an office setting or hybrid environment with collaboration across departments and with external partners. This position requires extended computer use.

Physical Demands:

Travel:
- Some overnight travel is required, and the employee can reasonably expect on average 5 overnights to meet the demands of the position. Should travel be required a valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required for this position. Must provide own transportation.
Clearances and Certifications:
- Background check is required.
- U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Resident status required.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or related role.
- Experience working with:
- Website & Content Management System (CMS) - SYD currently uses Optimizely
- Marketing Automation Platform - SYD currently uses Act-On
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools - SYD currently uses Web Presented CRM
- Analytics tools - SYD currently uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
