Supervisor Line - FT - Charleston

* Supports the Mission of Palmetto Goodwill - Supervising all Food Service Workers to include individuals with disabilities so they can fulfill their full potential through the power and dignity of work.

* Trains employees to properly perform duties.

* Maintains high level of cleanliness and sanitation during all four meal services.

* At the end of the meal, thoroughly clean facility, equipment, and cookware in accordance with Statement of Work and Military cleaning guidelines.

* Safely operates various types of equipment in the performance of duties.

* Maintains a safe and organized workspace to include floors, storage areas and customer service areas.

* Provides input to Project Manager on employee schedules to maximize productivity and efficiency.

* Plans work assignments to ensure daily and weekly production goals are met.

* Performs daily inspections and report on the productivity and safety of the operation.

* Complies with all agency policies, procedures, and safety standards throughout all work areas; maintains same to meet CARF, Department of Labor and other regulatory standards.

* Performs other duties/tasks as assigned.
