Description & Requirements
The IT Risk & Compliance team assists organizations from various industries in managing IT governance, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance. With expertise in numerous cybersecurity frameworks and regulations, we offer services such as IT audits, risk and maturity assessments, data protection, and control testing. Our customized strategies ensure data security, regulatory compliance, and operational continuity, empowering clients to navigate today's complex digital risk landscape with confidence.
What you will do:
  • Lead and manage multiple concurrent client engagements, overseeing the entire project lifecycle from scoping and planning to execution and final reporting. Ensure alignment with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Serve as a technical lead on complex IT and business process audits, guiding methodologies, conducting risk assessments, and developing control frameworks to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality work.
  • Evaluate IT environments and key controls by designing and implementing comprehensive testing strategies that ensure compliance, mitigate risk, and align with Financial Sector regulatory standards.
  • Maintain expertise in IT audits, SOX compliance, cybersecurity, privacy consulting, Financial Sector Regulations, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct technology audit activities to assess the effectiveness of controls, the accuracy of financial records, the efficiency of operations, and compliance with government regulations.
  • Drive excellence in client service by fostering strong relationships, proactively identifying opportunities for value-added insights, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Cultivate long-term client relationships through strategic communication and a deep understanding of client business needs.
  • Champion the development of junior team members by providing coaching, training, and performance feedback, contributing to a culture of continuous learning.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant IT audit experience in public accounting, the financial sector, or a professional services firm.
  • Experience in financial services, including banking, capital markets, wealth management, or global asset management.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree preferred
  • One or more of the following current and valid professional business credential(s), including but not limited to the following: CISA, CISSP, CISM, CBCP or CIA
