The Life Sciences Sales Originatoris a market leader responsible for outreach, client development and growth for Series A and Series B+ prospective and existing clients in Technology and Healthcare Banking sectors across core industry geographic regions. The position leads a team of direct reports and is also responsible for ensuring that a larger matrixed team provides prospective clients with optimal consultation resulting in new business for the bank and meaningful expertise and value add for the client. An adept risk manager in the First Line of Defense (FLOD), this role ensures controls are in place, managed and addressed and elevates and mitigates any emerging risks within their or across the business unit. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of experience in High level leadership experience in banking, financial services, or related field OR High School Diploma or GED and 14years of experience in High level leadership experience in banking, financial services, or related field Preferred Qualifications:
The base pay for this position is generally between $233,700-$404,000. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
