Johns Hopkins Hospital's Osler 5 unit is a 14-bed acute Med/Surg Tele Neuro unit. Nurses will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment in which they can participate fully in multi-disciplinary rounds, and partner with physicians, rehab therapies, care management and support staff to profive exemplary patient care to those with complex co-morbities. These can include patients with GI disorders, neuro disorders, infections, sepsis, withdrawal, pain, and wound complications.

Who Should Apply:



  • Active Maryland or Compact RN license at time of hire
  • BLS CPR certification required: AHA, Red Cross, or Military Training Network accepted
  • At least 6 months recent acute care experience


All New Graduate RNs will be automatically enrolled in our yearlong Nurse Residency Program to facilitate your successful transition into professional nursing practice.

(Applicants with an Associate's degree in nursing from an accredited nursing program may be considered; provided they are enrolled in an accredited BSN/MSN program within 1 year of hire and complete the degree within 5 years of hire)

Salary Range: Minimum 35.04/hour - Maximum 52.63/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
