Pediatric Otolaryngology (ENT) Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant
University of Minnesota Physicians is seeking a dedicated and compassionate certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Pediatric Otolaryngology (ENT) practice at the M Health Fairview Masonic Children's Hospital in Minneapolis, MN. About the Opportunity This is an exceptional opportunity to join a thriving pediatric tertiary care practice. Our Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) are integral to our team, supporting both the outpatient Pediatric ENT and Facial Plastic Surgery needs of M Health Fairview and the inpatient service of Masonic Children's Hospital. You will become a key provider in managing a diverse range of pediatric ENT conditions, including recurrent ear infections, otitis media with effusion (ear tubes), adenoid and tonsil disease, congenital ear deformities, ankyloglossia (tongue-tie), and hearing loss, cleft and craniofacial disorders and pediatric facial plastic surgery. Comprehensive Onboarding and Training We are committed to your success. If you do not have prior ENT experience, we will provide a structured orientation and educational plan. Your first few months will be dedicated to shadowing our providers to build a strong foundation in Pediatric ENT, including the management of common outpatient conditions, inpatient consults, and post-operative care.
