The Customer Experience Engineering Team is dedicated to empowering customers to explore these possibilities. When customers encounter challenges or technical issues, the Support team collaborates with them to overcome those roadblocks and help them achieve success with Snowflake. Our team is contributing to the overall success by data, machine learning and LLM-based solutions. We automate and enhance our technical experts making their work more efficient, or automating various processes. Now, the team is growing, and we are looking for a Software Engineer to join us. In this role, you will work closely with the state of the art LLM models, possibly fine-tune them, develop agents, apply various clusterings, summarizations, embeddings and so on. Even though we usually only use high level libraries (e.g. scikit or Snowflake's Cortex) rather than apply matrix multiplications on our own, some previous experience in the machine learning front is definitely useful. As a Software Engineer, you will contribute to the development of machine learning and LLM-based solutions, propose new and keep improving the existing models. You will:
