As Principal Product Manager - CoreAI for Foundry Agent Service, you will understand customer problems, the rapidly evolving AI landscape and use a data driven approach combined with creativity, curiosity and AI expertise to lead the team and drive product features through design, development, market fit and the relentless pursuit of scale adoption. ResponsibilitiesDrive development of world-class AI application stacks that create real business impact and delight both enterprises and developers. Own a product area end-to-end - understand developer needs, define product requirements, and lead development through launch and iteration. Navigate ambiguity and unblock progress to ship value to customers quickly and iteratively. Thrive in a rapidly evolving, customer-driven environment with short learning loops and rapid experimentation. Translate business goals into actionable product strategy, collaborating closely with UX, Engineering, Data Science, AI Research, and Product Marketing. Define success metrics and run experiments, using data and user research to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement. Collaborate across functions with clarity and empathy, ensuring alignment with engineers, designers, and product peers.
