ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and develop a team of ~10 full stack engineers, driving technical vision and execution for SharePoint AI Intranet experiences.Set direction and provide hands-on guidance in architecture, design, and delivery of AI-powered features at massive scale.Champion fast iteration, experimentation, and data-driven decision making to accelerate learning and impact.Collaborate with product, design, and partner teams to define and deliver high-value solutions for Intranet owners.Foster an inclusive, growth-oriented team culture focused on innovation, technical excellence, and customer empathy.Stay at the frontier of AI (LLMs, multimodal, retrieval, agents) and the competitive landscape; synthesize insights into data-backed recommendations that improve quality, latency, safety, and cost.Make pragmatic model/infra choices (model selection, RAG vs. fine-tuning/LoRA, caching/batching, distillation) to balance quality, latency, and cost at SharePoint scale. | |
