Your Impact

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth within an assigned territory by engaging a channel go-to-market model and building strong customer relationships. You'll identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts, using strategic sales planning and execution. This role offers the chance to make a measurable impact on Cisco's market presence and reputation, while fostering long-term customer partnerships.

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying new sales opportunities and expanding relationships with existing clients.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to increase Cisco's visibility and reputation in the market.
  • Act as a key liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Deliver tailored solutions that align with client needs, improving customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Contribute insights from customer and market interactions to help refine sales strategies.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 12+ years of technology sales experience.
  • Extensive experience managing large, complex accounts, including forecasting, quota attainment, and opportunity management.
  • Strong technical knowledge and market expertise, with the ability to articulate business value to customers.
  • Demonstrated success working with strategic accounts and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Advanced negotiation skills with the ability to position end-to-end solutions and communicate Cisco's strategies to senior executives.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to deliver business value to both end users and partners.
  • Strong technical and business acumen, with skills to understand customers' business drivers and align them to Cisco solutions.
  • Self-starter with a track record of creating demand and closing deals.
  • Possess traits such as passion, integrity, trust, leadership, discipline, and execution.
  • Experience effectively articulating Cisco product and business strategies.
