THE OPPORTUNITY

  • Drive growth with Google, AWS, and Microsoft CSP partners in US East & Canada.

  • Execute partner GTM strategy to generate pipeline, marketing impact, and enablement.

  • Align with Sales and Field Marketing to increase cloud revenue opportunities.

  • Leverage Marketplace, Cosell, and partner influence to boost pipeline conversion.

  • Identify, develop, and deliver incremental partner-driven revenue.


YOU ARE GREAT AT

  • Achieving pipeline and revenue targets with CSPs.

  • Driving business growth by collaborating with sales and marketing teams.

  • Leveraging CSP Marketplaces, Cosell, and cloud sales programs.

  • Mapping accounts and building joint Cosell strategies with sales teams.

  • Building strategic partnerships and long-term value with CSPs.

  • Engaging senior sales leadership and sharing best practices regionally.

WHAT IT TAKES

  • Experience working with large CSPs (Google, AWS, Microsoft).

  • Strong background in SaaS sales (direct & indirect).

  • Deep knowledge of CSP marketplaces, contracts, and sales programs.

  • Proven success managing partners and building high-impact relationships.

  • Familiarity with enterprise software markets (EIM or similar).

  • Strong business acumen, communication, and negotiation skills.

Compensation: At OpenText, we offer a thoughtfully designed benefits package that supports your physical, emotional, and financial wellbeing. As you move through the hiring process, we're happy to provide more details about our compensation programs, including variable and commission compensation opportunities for eligible roles, vacation entitlement, and paid time off.

Salary Range: $86,590 - $142,255; Depending on the candidate's education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.
