What does a EFC Inventory Clerk do at Swire Coca-Cola?
The inventory clerk is responsible for all service equipment inventory control processes and maintaining accurate records in accordance with company policies. This would include, but not limited to, performing a physical count and reconciliation of inventory, investigating and correcting all discovered discrepancies, ensuring all monthly, weekly, and daily Requirements are achieved; and communicating important information regarding the condition, trends, or processes impacting the ability to maintain adequate control of the inventory of all service goods including finished equipment, raw materials, and deposit Items with service leadership.

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM- 3:30 PM
Pay: $20+ Depending on Experience

Responsibilities:

• Establish lead times with suppliers and Remanufacturing facility for delivery of equipment
• Ensure all paperwork and CONA data transfers are prepared and processed for the transfer of equipment between centers and with the Remanufacturing centers
• Maintain system records of all equipment as it relates to purchases, transfers, and disposal
• Participates and has active role in EFC Equipment Inventories
• Scans and receives all inbound new and reman equipment
• Performs other tasks as determined and assigned by Warehouse Management including Pallet Building when required

Requirements:

• High School Diploma (or GED) required
• 1-2 years Warehouse and/or inventory experience preferred
• Extensive knowledge of all Service Processes and Systems (SAP)
• Analytical Skills and ability to count
• Strong PC Skills including Microsoft Office Applications and SharePoint
• Ability to work in a fast-paced atmosphere while walking and repetitively lifting 30 lbs
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• Ability to coordinate and organize efficient and dependable service processes
• Ability to adapt to needs of role in different work areas throughout the workday and meet minimum expectations of those different work areas
• Ability to read and interpret instructions from a computer screen
• Ability to work in a noisy and non-climate controlled (hot in summer, cold in winter) environment
• Intentional self-starter who takes initiative and proactively seeks out value-add opportunities
• Flexibility (Schedules, hours change with the demands of the business)
