What Does an Account Executive do at Swire Coca-Cola?
As an Account Executive you will be responsible for a designated set of customers within the Independent Supermarket Chain business relationships with Swire Coca-Cola primarily in the Pacific Northwest. You will focus on achieving key pillars including profit, volume and share goals for their designated customers. Additionally, you will manage the annual customer joint business plan, daily execution of all company standards, pricing management, customer relations, managing customer commercialization calendars, forecasting (based on channel criteria), actively managing Look of Success (LOS) and stewardship of our annual Retail Strategy.

Responsibilities


  • Develop strong internal relationships with Field Sales teams, providing coaching, motivation, and mentorship to field representatives
  • Cultivate partnerships with retailers, understanding their language and business strategy
  • Conduct business reviews with customers to analyze performance and drive incremental growth
  • Sell-in innovation items, additional SKUs, packages, equipment, and displays to boost RED Scores
  • Collaborate with the Commercialization team on incentives, custom programs, and impactful point-of-sale materials
  • Collaborate with Field Sales and senior leadership on national and local business strategy
  • Hold representatives accountable and ensure professionalism and effectiveness in the field
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customer managers, leveraging insights for mutual success


Requirements



  • 5+ years of proven sales and/or account management experience
  • Beverage or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience preferred
  • Familiarity with marketing and commercial activation preferred
  • PowerPoint and Excel experience strongly preferred
  • Skilled in Collaborating For Value (CFV) and Collaborative Business Planning
  • Willingness to travel within Swire geographies and throughout the US as needed

Base pay range is $81,241 to $106,629 plus bonus structure (dependent on role) . Pay offered will depend on candidate's geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.
