Location: Onsite in Pontiac, MI

Shift: 2nd shift

Compensation: $38.50/hr

JLL is seeking an experienced HVAC Maintenance Mechanic to maintain and repair building systems and equipment under the direction of Facility and Operations Managers. This role requires expertise in HVAC/R systems, manufacturing process equipment, and building automation systems.

• Maintain heating, ventilating, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems
• Monitor indoor air quality, temperature control, and scavenge exhaust systems
• Service cold/hot thermal units including temperature, pressure, and dew point control

• Operate and maintain tank farm operations, bulk fluid totes, and dispensing equipment
• Service compressed gas storage/distribution systems and natural gas facilities
• Maintain regenerative thermal oxidizers, oil mist collectors, and central exhaust systems
• Support Class 7 clean room mechanical systems diagnosis and repair

• Maintain building automation and monitoring systems
• Service utility and piping systems, natural gas and water meters (including calibration)
• Support normal and emergency power systems, including UPS systems

• Execute preventative and predictive maintenance programs
• Manage spare parts inventory and complete work orders within 24 hours
• Ensure safety training compliance and utilize pre-task planning methods
• Maintain IPMP compliance requirements and attend scheduled training

• Journeyman certification in HVAC, Electrical, Machine Repair, or Mechanical craft areas
• Minimum 5+ years facility maintenance experience
• Proficiency with pumps, motors, hydraulic systems, and speed/feed systems
• Current forklift and aerial lift operator certifications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

• 10+ years facility maintenance experience
• Experience with Allen-Bradley, Fanuc, and Siemens systems *
• Knowledge of MAXIMO maintenance management system
• Experience with manufacturing process equipment and clean room environments

• Safety training compliance and incident prevention
• PM completion rates (standard and environmental)
• Emergency response times (<24 hours)
• Equipment uptime and system reliability
• IPMP compliance maintenance
