We Are Hiring

We are hiring a Channel Development Manager to sell our cutting-edge AI-driven platforms within the healthcare vertical. TeleVox has partnered with healthcare and pharmacy organizations for over 30 years to provide communication solutions, helping organizations improve patient engagement and care delivery through intelligent outreach and automation.

As a Channel Development Manager, you will be a crucial member of our dynamic sales team, responsible for establishing new channel partnerships within the healthcare industry. Leveraging your in-depth knowledge of healthcare information technology solutions, you will drive revenue growth by identifying and cultivating new strategic relationships with key channel partners, including resellers, referral, and system integrators. This role requires a results-driven individual with strong communication skills and a deep understanding of healthcare IT solutions, as well as a strategic mindset.

Responsibilities:

Channel Partner Development:

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners within the healthcare industry.

  • Collaborate with prospective partners to understand their business needs and align them with our healthcare IT solutions.

Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement effective channel sales strategies to achieve targets.

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create compelling sales collateral and campaigns.

  • Develop and maintain an understanding of our solutions and be comfortable delivering executive presentations.

Market Analysis:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics within healthcare IT.

  • Analyze market data to identify new opportunities and potential areas for growth.

Pipeline Management:

  • Manage the sales pipeline for new channel partners, ensuring timely and accurate forecasting.

  • Collaborate with partners to develop and execute joint business plans to drive sales success.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

    • Equivalent work experience may be considered in place of formal education

  • Three (3) or more years' channel sales experience reflecting a track record of proven success of identifying and developing new partnership opportunities in healthcare IT or related industries.

  • Strong understanding of healthcare information technology solutions and industry trends.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.

  • Willingness to travel as needed.
