Job Summary

As part of the larger R/A People Team, we are critical to successfully supporting our operations and are the Champions of R/A's Culture of CARE. This business savvy, human resources professional will be a proactive leader with demonstrated passion, drive & motivation to create value through direct and personal impact on the business.

The exciting things you will be doing at People Experience & Engagement Leader:

Provide Business Enablement & Partnership Support

Employee Experience Strategy

Design and deliver an end-to-end employee experience roadmap.

Identify key moments that matter across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, milestone recognition, career development).

Integrate feedback mechanisms (e.g., focus groups, stay interviews, pulse surveys).with data points

Engagement & Retention

Support the annual employee engagement surveys and unit managers in developing & following up on action plans.

Partner with leadership to implement initiatives that reinforce CARE culture and boost morale.

Launch rolling climate surveys to assess interim sentiment.

Apply results for localized, rapid response and engagement strategies.

Talent Development

Oversee orientation and onboarding programs.

Collaborate with internal learning teams to curate growth opportunities.

Champion leadership development for frontline and emerging leaders.

Recognition & Culture

Launch and manage peer-to-peer and leadership-driven recognition platforms.

Facilitate initiatives that build belonging, community, and CARE-aligned behaviors.

Managed tactical engagement programs such as:

Service Awards programs for tenure recognition

Quarterly engagement campaigns and celebration calendars.

Tactical Ideas for Implementation

* Pilot a "People Partner-on-the-Ground" presence at major mobilizations.

* Launch quarterly "Workplace Innovation Jam" forums for employee-led solutions.

* Use geofenced pulse surveys to gather hyper-local sentiment.

People Analytics & Insights

Build dashboards for key people metrics (e.g., engagement, turnover, onboarding success).

Support ad hoc reporting needs and develop insights that influence HR strategy.

Benchmark against industry trends to drive innovation.

Qualifications and Experience

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of HR Professional accomplishments, be forward-thinking and eloquent, be able to quickly gain credibility based on performance and personal interpersonal skills. This individual must understand that the culture is value driven, and highly entrepreneurial. This person must be a strong leader with proven strategic and trustworthy abilities, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to work at the highest levels of an organization while relating well to the general workforce.

* Bachelor's degree and minimum progressive experience three years in People/Human Resources Leadership, Compliance, Investigations, Employee Engagement, Training, Talent Management, Development, Labor relations experience SHRM certification is a plus.

* Demonstrated and progressive experience in luxury business-retail setting; Management/People experience within the hospitality industry a plus

* Excellent stand-up delivery and facilitation skills that drive key learning outcomes and empower application beyond the classroom; Dynamic, self-motivated individual who is comfortable speaking in large groups and with all levels of management

* Strategic problem solver, business partner, facilitator of change and ability to effectively evaluate and resolve path forward with emotional intelligence and hard work.
