$59-69/hour

This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented project leader who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments. You'll help drive brand awareness and audience engagement through partnerships, events, and experiential activations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead execution of brand partnerships, experiential activations, and consumer-facing events from concept through completion.
  
  
• Build and manage relationships with external partners, overseeing outreach, negotiations, and campaign delivery.
  
  
• Manage project timelines, budgets, contracts, and deliverables with precision.
  
  
• Provide creative input and contribute fresh ideas aligned with overall brand objectives.
  
  
• Oversee agency RFP processes and ensure ROI on partnership investments.
  
  
• Develop presentations and recap decks for internal and external stakeholders.
  
  
• Travel occasionally for events (local and national).
  
  

• 7-10 years of experience in entertainment, marketing partnerships, events, or experiential roles.
  
  
• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  
  
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with senior stakeholders.
  
  
• Experience negotiating contracts, managing agencies, and delivering large-scale activations.
  
  
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint).
  
  
• Must be comfortable working on a Mac.
  
  
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or 10+ years of relevant experience.
