What this job involves - The Global Program Management Office and Best Practices Lead (Global PMO and Best Practices Lead) will drive process improvement and change within the Occupancy Planning team, establishing an overall process flow, accountability, and reporting to drive efficiency and agility within the Client and JLL Occupancy Planning (OP) teams. They will manage the across planners, reporting and space data insights teams. Key responsibilities include:

Communication champion Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to engage at all levels of leadership from administrative to executive level.
