Senior Executive Assistant Milwaukee County Comptroller Hourly Pay Rate $28.21 - $42.30 Closing Date: September 16, 2025, or upon receipt of the first 50 application submissions Job Summary: The Senior Executive Assistant for the Office of the Comptroller provides high-level administrative and strategic support to the Comptroller and executive leadership team. The primary objective of the role is to facilitate the efficient execution of the Comptroller's responsibilities by managing communications, coordinating complex projects, and ensuring timely follow-through on key initiatives. The position exists to serve as a trusted liaison between the Comptroller's Office and internal and external stakeholders, enabling effective decision-making and alignment with County-wide financial and operational goals. Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Anticipate and manage risks to executive productivity, safeguard the integrity and confidentiality of the Office of the Comptroller.
