Key Responsibilities
* Assist with compiling reports and performing quality checks on dashboards and databases using available data resources
* Support data collection efforts and basic analysis to understand workplace trends and portfolio performance
* Help transform workplace data into clear, understandable insights under senior team guidance
* Contribute to research on employee workplace needs and emerging work patterns
* Assist in developing presentations for various stakeholders with supervision and feedback
* Support cross-functional teams by organizing data and preparing materials for analysis
* Help gather information from critical data sources and document findings
* Ensure assigned analyses are accurate and completed on time
* Learn foundational concepts of Corporate Real Estate and workplace strategy through hands-on project work
* Assist senior planners in developing recommendations that support flexible work arrangements
* Support quality assurance processes for deliverables and maintain organized project documentation
* Participate in client meetings and strategy sessions to gain exposure to stakeholder engagement
