Job Description

We're seeking a dynamic and strategic marketing professional to step into the role of Commercial Marketing Specialist (CMS) and help shape the future of our global marketing initiatives. As a CMS, you'll be at the forefront of developing and executing impactful marketing programs and campaigns, crafting compelling sales enablement and customer-facing content, and driving product awareness across international markets. In this role, you'll lead go-to-market strategies and promotional activities, project manage new product introductions (NPIs), collaborate closely with product management and business units, and assess and optimize marketing tactics for maximum impact. You'll also support operational processes and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and efficiency across the portfolio

Your Responsibilities:
  • Global Marketing Strategy & Planning
    • Develop and implement global marketing programs: Define goals, target markets, brand and product positioning for global regions.
    • Conduct market tactics and effectiveness research: Analyzing market trends, regional behavior, and competitive landscapes in each target market.
    • Adapt and localize marketing approaches: Tailoring brand messaging, campaigns, and product positioning to resonate with cultural nuances and local preferences in different regions/languages.
    • Set revenue and lead generation goals: Defining quantifiable targets for international markets to measure marketing effectiveness and drive pipeline growth from AQL-MQL-SQLs.
    • Positioning and execute strategies for conferences, trade shows and webinars, assuring and aligning with business and global marketing objectives.
    Campaign Management & Execution
    • Create and launch programs and promotions: Develops and executes marketing campaigns/programs across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional methods.
    • Manage marketing materials and assets: Overseeing the creation and adaptation of collateral, advertisements, and other resources for regional use.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Working closely with product development, sales, sales enablement, Event, DDO, and regional marketing teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and executions.
    • Leverage marketing technical stacks and processes to improve efficiencies within the department.
    Brand Management & Localization
    • Maintain brand consistency across international markets: Ensuring that the brand's identity, values, and messaging are unified while respecting regional differences.
    • Oversee localization efforts: Adapting marketing materials, coordinating translations, product features & benefits to align with regions for local languages, cultural norms, and consumer expectations.
    • Build a strong global brand image: Positioning the company as a global player, fostering brand recognition and trust with a diverse international audience.
    Analysis, Reporting & Optimization
    • Develop M&A portfolio go-to-market programs and commercial marketing integration strategies.
    • Collaborate with commercial integration leaders and portfolio marketing peers to develop M&A marketing playbooks, templates, and operational plans.
    • Bridges the gap between marketing strategy and business development, working to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and ultimately, sales and revenue.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field
  • Ability to travel occasionally to support events or attend meetings
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in administrative position and as a team leader.
