The Regional Business Director will lead and develop a team of Account Managers. Core responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, training, implementing business plans, promoting products, and handling administrative duties for a specified region. The Regional Business Director will collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Payor and Reimbursement team, Area Business Managers, Customer Service, Medical Affairs, Legal, and other stakeholders to ensure the achievement of region goals. This role also requires participation in local, regional, or national medical meetings in Oncology, Gastroenterology, Radiology, Nuclear Medicine, and other areas to build long-term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influential decision-makers in hospitals, cancer centers, and physician offices.
