We develop end-to-end telemetry with key impacts to Marketing, Commerce, Player & Network, and Game Publishers & Developers. We strive to drive better customer experiences and elevate the Voice of the Customer!

We're looking for a Senior-level Engineer to play a pivotal role in scaling Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) at SIE, with a strong focus on Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO). This dynamic role is ideal for someone with a consulting background who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments. You'll be the go-to engineering partner driving innovation, enhancing processes, solving complex challenges, and building strong relationships-particularly through close collaboration with teams specializing in omnichannel marketing, CRM, audience creation, and marketing insights.

If you're passionate about unlocking the power of customer data to fuel growth and personalization, this is your opportunity to make a major impact by partnering with marketing team members to enhance the current audience creation and campaign delivery processes, problem solving on ways to deliver solutions via RTCDP, AJO, and CJA, and innovating the overall AEP tech stack within SIE.


Required:

  • Website/app telemetry optimization experience
  • Marketing enablement experience, and a deep understanding of campaign lifecycles and audience creation
  • Extensive experience working with AEP tools: Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Real Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP), and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
  • Intermediate-level SQL capabilities
  • Solid understanding of HTML and web protocols
  • Intermediate JavaScript skills
  • Experience with custom schema definition using Snowplow, Segment, Google Analytics 4 or similar
  • Web API usage experience
  • SaaS or other software implementation experience


Desired Skills & Attributes:

  • Proficient in Adobe Target
  • Japanese language proficiency

At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role's base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.

Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

This is a flexible role that can be remote, with varying pay ranges based on geographic location. For example, if you are based out of Seattle, the estimated base pay range for this role is listed below.
$177,300 $265,900 USD
