About the Role: We have an exciting opportunity to support our Legal team as a Lead Counsel based in Shelton, CT. The Lead Counsel manages all aspects of litigation/arbitration, transactional and other franchising and leasing matters within the assigned region in North America. Legal Advisor to stakeholders of Subway business teams for all franchising and leasing matters within the region. Provides stakeholders solution focused counsel, risk assessment and strategy in a communicative and coordinated manner. Supervises Franchising Paralegal and oversees legal operations within the region.
