Terrain Park Attendant DIVISION: Mountain Operations REPORTS TO: Terrain Park Supervisor, Terrain Park Director LOCATION: Vehicle Shop & On-Mountain CLASSIFICATION: Full or Part Time/Seasonal/Hourly PURPOSE OF POSITION: The Terrain Park Attendant is responsible for general upkeep and testing of the terrain park during operating hours. Other roles include crowd management and ensuring the guests knowledge of proper terrain park usage. SPECIFIC JOB REQUIREMENTS: * Ability to listen and follow direction * Working in varying weather conditions, such as calm and clear to extreme low visibility whiteout conditions * Possess a high level of attention to detail with a strong work ethic * Terrain Park operation/construction experience preferred * Freestyle skiing or snowboarding background preferred * Be able to be outside in all weather conditions * Be able to lift 50lbs * Willing to work flexible work schedules that includes holidays and weekends * Must have dependable transportation for all weather conditions * Must have valid driver's license JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Complete tasks and projects in a timely manner with high level of quality * Wiling to work through the night assisting in feature construction * Must provide daily oversight of the terrain park to ensure all features are skiing and riding to the best of their ability * Wear proper clothing and footwear * Adhering to safety policies and procedures * Able to identify problems as they occur * Be aware uphill travel policies and evening events Perks of Working Here: Work & Play in the Mountains:
