Your Role on the Team Position Summary: Under the general direction of the Registration Department Manager, incumbent is responsible for maintaining the daily operations, scheduling/planning, allocation and evaluation of the Emergency Registration Department. Acts as a control point for Emergency Registration issues. Responsible for coordination and staffing, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues, monitoring productivity, developing and/or coordinating staff training. Responds to patient services issues. Directs collection of productivity, quality assurance and statistical data.
