Staffmark is hiring a Custodian in Siloam Springs, AR. Join our team to help maintain a clean and welcoming environment in the girls' dormitory. This role ensures spaces are safe, tidy, and well-maintained, supporting students and staff every day.

Pay: $12.50/hr

Shift: 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM

What You'll Do:



  • Perform routine cleaning: vacuuming, dusting, litter pickup, window washing, restroom cleaning, and graffiti removal
  • Conduct periodic cleaning: carpets, floors, upholstery, and detail work
  • Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment inventory
  • Set up for special events and assist in other areas as needed
  • Follow scheduled tasks, flexible to accommodate academic breaks, holidays, and occasional overtime
  • Respond to emergency cleaning needs and report maintenance issues
  • Work snow days and other special circumstances



Qualifications:



  • Servant-minded, trustworthy, and able to build goodwill with staff, faculty, and students
  • Lift up to 30 pounds
  • Previous experience required.
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
  • Effective communication with supervisors and team members
  • Commitment to the mission, values, and Christian principles of the University, serving as a positive role model
