Physician Opportunities Within Established Urgent Care Network in Delaware / Maryland!

We are setting a new standard for urgent care in your community.

We provide a different type of urgent care experience for our dedicated providers who are doing the work they love. Our practice model brings together board certified Physicians and Advanced Practitioners in innovative treatment centers, with the resources and support of ChristianaCare behind them. We are the front door to quality connected care.

Schedule(s):

Benefits eligible options include:

  • Full-Time 1.0 FTE (includes 2 buffer hours)
  • Full-time Flex .95 FTE which is 3-12 hr. shifts per week (2 buffer hours)
  • Part-Time options of .78 or 63 FTE

Location(s):We currently have convenient locations in Delaware and Maryland.

North Wilmington/Greenville area, Newark, Middletown, Dover in and around Delaware with two locations in Maryland (North East and Elkton).

Centers are currently open 7 days/week from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., however, we will be offering extended hours soon at certain locations.

GoHealth Urgent Care is a different kind of practice.

  • Partnering withChristianaCare allows us to offer continuity for patient care through access to extensive resources and specialists, including shared advanced EMR (eClinicalWorks) that is fully integrated with ChristianaCare.

Excellent Bonus Program:

  • $30,000 Sign-on Bonus
  • Daily Volume Bonus, paid out monthly, to reward those who work at the busier centers
  • Quarterly bonus based on customer satisfaction scores, a quality component and productivity

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Physicians: BC in Family Medicine, Med-Peds or Emergency Medicine
  • Eligible to be licensed in DE and MD
  • A minimum of 1-year recent experience in Emergency Medicine or Urgent Care, treating both pediatric and adult patient populations (all ages), preferred.
  • Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), reading EKGs and X-rays.
  • A team player!

Annual Compensation Range $253,624.00 - $353,302.00 The above compensation range represents ChristianaCare's good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting for full-time hours in the respective specialty. The actual compensation within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation the fair market value for physician services in the relevant specialty and the candidate's relevant experience, education, training, credentials, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements. The compensation range listed may encompass various forms of applicable compensation for this position, including, but not limited to, productivity incentives, value-based incentives and other ancillary forms of compensation dependent upon operational factors such as hours worked, call coverage and other factors. ChristianaCare will offer compensation at an appropriate point within the above range or, less frequently, may offer a level of compensation outside the listed range as warranted by the circumstances.
