Pay & Schedule



  • $38 - $50 per hour (based on experience)
  • Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM



Key Responsibilities

As the HVAC Lead Technician, you'll be the go-to expert for system maintenance, troubleshooting, and team development:



  • Lead, schedule, and mentor a team of HVAC Technicians to ensure productivity and quality
  • Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on commercial and industrial HVAC/refrigeration systems
  • Troubleshoot and repair boilers, chillers, steam systems, air handlers, ductwork, motors, pulleys, and condensate systems
  • Oversee HVAC controls, sequencing of operations, and system optimization
  • Manage refrigerant recovery, documentation, and EPA compliance
  • Apply cross-trade skills (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, roofing, painting) to support facility maintenance
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulatory standards, and pre-task planning
  • Order and manage parts, tools, and supplies for efficient operations
  • Maintain accurate documentation while collaborating with supervisors, vendors, and clients



Qualifications



  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 5+ years of HVAC experience (commercial/industrial strongly preferred)
  • Leadership or supervisory experience
  • EPA Universal Certification
  • Valid driver's license; must be 21+ years old
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
