This role is part of the Lunar Permanence business unit, which develops Blue Origin's Blue Moon landers and related products. To further Blue Origin's mission of millions of people living and working in space for the benefit of Earth, we are building sustainable infrastructure for our transport of crew and cargo from Earth to the lunar surface.

This role is part of the Lunar Permanence business unit, focusing on the Blue Transporter product line. We are building sustainable infrastructure for transporting crew and cargo from Earth to the lunar surface to advance our mission.

We are seeking a Project Manager/Scheduler who will create and manage the Transporter Integrated Master Schedule for the design, test, build, and launch of the Transporter vehicles.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Managing the Transporter integrated master schedule (IMS) in Primavera P6 and responsible for executing critical mechanics within the schedule to meet business rhythms and data integrity/integration with overall Lunar business unit

  • Track project progress against the established schedule, working with technical leads in identifying any potential delays or issues

  • Proactively analyze schedule logic, identify risks, and perform "what-if" scenarios in order to inform key program decisions

  • Work closely with design, analysis, and build teams to monitor schedule status and provide regular updates to management for upcoming key milestones

  • Prepare and present program progress reports and data to management for informed decision-making

  • Ability to utilize Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, t and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas

  • Works on problems where analysis of data requires evaluation and judgement

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field

  • 5+ years of experience

  • Experience in development, planning and execution of Integrated Master Schedules preferably in aerospace, aviation, or manufacturing development programs

  • Experience in performing Critical Path Analysis, Schedule Risk Analysis, and Schedule Metric Analysis

  • Excellent verbal, written, and graphical communication skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment

  • Competent computer skills related to Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or higher in relevant field

  • Experience in aerospace industry working on a development program

Compensation Range for:

CO applicants is $99,729.00-$139,619.55;WA applicants is $108,795.00-$152,311.95

  • Required for certain Job Profiles: Ability to obtain and maintain Merchant Mariner Credential, which includes pre-employment and random drug testing as well as DOT physical
