We are seeking a Practice Coordinator 3 to support back-office operations at the Orthopaedic Institute. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about healthcare, organized, and eager to contribute to a high-volume clinical environment. The position offers a potential pathway to permanent employment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide back-office practice coordination and administrative support
- Assist with scheduling, patient flow, and documentation for approximately 30 patients per day
- Support data entry and reporting tasks, including use of Epic and related tools (training provided if needed)
- Maintain clear communication with patients, providers, and staff
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of clinical and administrative tasks
