Summary We are currently seeking a Material Handler to work 1st shift, Monday-Friday, 7AM-3PM, in our Cudahy, WI, facility approximately 5 miles south of Milwaukee. Essential Functions Use crane and hand-operated equipment to aid in unloading trucks Attend the daily ultrasonic scheduling meeting, work with the management team to stage the proper jobs and serials in front of the production tanks. Stages the work for weekdays, nights and weekend days and nights. Manage and stage boxes in the supermarket area (storage racks/floor locations) to keep the work in the proper dedicated areas Manage the excess wood and cardboard crates, replacing those as required. Locate and help resolve issues with misrouted parts within the department Support any continuous improvement, lean, safety, and 6S initiatives. Help manage the flow of parts into and out of the polish area adjacent to ultrasonic testing. Any other duties as assigned Basic Qualifications High school diploma or GED Knowledge of shipping and handling methods Minimum of 1 year material handling experience. Preferred Experience Forklift experience Overhead crane experience Warehouse and inventory control experience Material inventory experience.
