Technology Collaboration Services Specialist
Cooley is seeking a Technology Collaboration Services Specialist to join the Platforms & Applications team. Position summary: Cooley Technology embraces a culture of customer service excellence and all members of the department are expected to move this agenda forward. We are dedicated to leveraging advanced technologies to optimize firm technical operations and delivery impactful business outcomes. The Collaboration technology team enables effective adoption and usage of the firm's enterprise AI and collaboration technology tools, overseeing the pilot testing, rollout, adoption, and ongoing support of these tools within the rules and policies set by the firm's Information Governance group. The Technology Collaboration Services Specialist will deliver key initiatives related to the pilot testing, roadmap, adoption, user awareness, and support strategy for these platforms, including Enterprise AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Gemini, and/or ChatGPT) and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Box, Diligent, Liquid Files, and others). Working closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders, the Specialist will help identify and prioritize use cases, coordinate user pilot testing, support the adoption of these tools, and ensure governance standards are met in collaboration with the firm's Information Governance and Training teams. Cooley offers a competitive compensation and excellent benefits package and is committed to fair and equitable employment practices. EOE. The expected annual pay range for this position with a full-time schedule is $90,000 - $130,000. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience and skillset of the candidate. Senior level candidates may be considered for this position and would be eligible for a higher salary range based on experience.
