  ABOUT THE ROLE
  As a Precision Staffing Sales Executive at Equiliem, you will play a critical role in driving new business across skilled labor and technical staffing. You'll sell directly into mid-market and enterprise clients in sectors such as oil & gas, automotive, low voltage electrical, power systems, control systems, and engineering services. This role is built for a self-motivated hunter who thrives in fast-paced, high-impact staffing environments and knows how to create lasting client partnerships. You'll have direct access to decision-makers, influence our Precision growth strategy, and the autonomy to build your book of business-without unnecessary red tape. 
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  Sales & Business Development
 
 
   
  - Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within skilled labor sectors, with a focus on industries such as oil & gas, low voltage electrical, automotive, power systems, control systems, and engineering services 
 - Sell staffing solutions including temporary, contract-to-hire, and direct hire for roles such as project managers, engineers, safety professionals, electricians, and other skilled trades 
 - Lead full-cycle sales from prospecting and cold outreach to onboarding and long-term account management 
 - Prospect into companies operating in energy, utilities, automotive manufacturing, electrical contracting, and engineering services, using a consultative, solution-oriented sales approach 
 - Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers including HR leaders, operations managers, project leads, and safety directors 
 - Stay informed on workforce trends and industry-specific challenges to position Equiliem's solutions effectively

  - Partner closely with recruiting teams to ensure timely delivery and strong client satisfaction
 - Share client feedback and market insights to refine service offerings and uncover growth opportunities
 - Collaborate with senior leadership to influence Precision's regional and national growth strategies
 - Take ownership in shaping how Equiliem expands its direct-to-client staffing model

  - Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline while tracking activities in the CRM
 - Provide accurate forecasts and insights into client activity, hiring needs, and deal progression
 - Meet and exceed revenue targets through disciplined prospecting and client development

  WHAT YOU'LL BRING
 
 
   
  - 3-10+ years of experience in B2B staffing sales, with a focus on skilled labor, engineering, or technical workforce solutions 
 - Proven success in hunting, closing, and growing accounts in industries such as oil & gas, automotive, low voltage electrical, power systems, and engineering services 
 - Familiarity with staffing for roles like project managers, engineers, electricians, and safety professionals 
 - Strong consultative selling skills and ability to engage with operational leaders, HR teams, and technical stakeholders 
 - Experience navigating complex client environments and tailoring staffing solutions to meet industry-specific needs 
 - Ability to work independently, manage a territory, and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment 
 - Passion for solving workforce challenges and delivering measurable value to clients
 
   
   
COMPENSATION, BENEFITS & WORK DETAILS
  Budgeted Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 base with commission potential
  Benefits Package Includes: Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, Life Insurance, 4 weeks PTO, 401K, and 7 paid holidays
  Work Location: East Brunswick, NJ | Charlotte, NC | Remote
