Senior Revenue Cycle Strategy Partner The Senior Revenue Cycle Strategy Partner leads the development and execution of strategic initiatives aimed at improving revenue cycle performance across the City of Hope System. This role is responsible for conducting in-depth analyses, identifying operational improvement opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions. The incumbent works independently on complex projects and contributes to revenue cycle transformation efforts. Key Responsibilities 
 Qualifications Your qualifications should include: * Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field plus 7 years of experience (Master's preferred) * Experience: 5+ years in healthcare revenue cycle, finance, strategy, or performance improvement * Preferred: Experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives and working with executive stakeholders Skills:
