ResponsibilitiesIn the WWL Learning Program Manager role, you will be responsible for the following:Design of breadth membership programs to upskill technical and productivity workers across the Microsoft ecosystem and help them grow professionally.Creation of technical requirements and designs for member-facing experiences covering the full membership lifecycle.Work with cross-functional partners in marketing and across WWL to create communications and in-person experiences for program members.Program management and stewardship, including defining success metrics, introducing new benefits, and managing program costs.Culture: Be a trusted partner to executives and an active participant in WWL strategy and planning.OtherEmbody ourCultureandValues.
