Position Title: Contract Coordinator

Work Location: Irvine, CA, USA 92612

Assignment Duration: 3+ Months (Possible Extension)

Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday Onsite | Friday Work-From-Home


Position Summary

The Contract Coordinator will be responsible for managing, reviewing, negotiating, and executing a wide range of company agreements. This role ensures seamless contract processes for both internal stakeholders and external partners while maintaining compliance and driving workflow efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full contract lifecycle within a contract management system.
  • Independently review, draft, and approve contracts, collaborating with business and legal teams as needed.
  • Ensure all agreements comply with company policies, regulatory standards, and due diligence requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance workflow efficiency.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or two years of undergraduate education preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in business-related functions (e.g., purchasing, procurement, contracting, finance).
  • Proficiency in contract management and vendor management programs is required; SAP experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication, customer service, organizational, and multitasking skills.
