Role Summary

As a Syndications Analyst, you'll support the end-to-end syndication process of commercial loan transactions, from market research to investor communication. This role offers direct exposure to capital markets, client interactions, and strategic deal-making. It's an excellent opportunity to grow your career in finance while making a meaningful impact.

Key Accountabilities

  • Analyze market conditions and track comparable syndicated loan transactions.

  • Prepare pitchbooks and offering memorandums for client meetings and investor outreach.

  • Support the launch and execution of loan syndications, including posting and managing documents on DebtX.

  • Partner with Relationship Managers to present market insights and develop financing proposals.

  • Assist in structuring, negotiating, and finalizing syndicated loan documentation.

  • Maintain active communication with financial institutions and investors to assess loan distribution risk.

  • Track and report market trends, pricing, and competitive intelligence for internal stakeholders.

  • Contribute to internal due diligence and provide modeling support for credit and portfolio teams.

Education & Experience

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting (or equivalent experience)

  • Less than 2 years of experience in lending, capital markets, or a related field

Preferred

  • Internship or professional experience in syndicated finance, investment banking, or credit analysis

  • Familiarity with DebtX or similar platforms
