Job Description

Key Responsibilities

* Acts as a resource to management on complex and occasionally highly complex claim or coverage matters and high severity claims.

* Provides authorization for damage estimates and claim payments for complex claims.

* Provides vendor management and oversight.

* Supports and manages coverage investigations, supplement triage, subrogation investigations, Public Adjuster claims, claims for ALE handling, asbestos abatement, OA ladder assists, and contents inventory and pricing.

* Conducts Service Observe audits; reports findings and in some cases, coaches the employee.

* Reviews statistical reports to diagnose issues with claim performance, processes, or procedures, and explains information and analysis as a result of the research.

* Conducts claims performance/quality/audit reviews.

* Documents a claim file with notes, evaluations, and decision-making process.

* Summarizes documents and enters into claim system notes.

Education

* 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred).

Experience

* 3 or more years of experience (Preferred).

Supervisory Responsibilities

* This job does not have supervisory duties.

Education & Experience (in lieu)

* In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is $66,800.00 - 120,650.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
