Position: Content Management Intern
Department: Corporate Marketing
Reporting to: VP of Corporate Marketing
Location: Topeka, KS - Onsite
Overview:
Do you consider yourself a detailed person? Do you enjoy identifying problems and contributing to solutions? We are searching for an intern to join our Corporate Marketing team. This Content Management Intern will assist with the management and creation of internal and external content for all Advisors Excel divisions. Ideally a strong candidate could commit 20-25 hours a week with the team.
What you'll do:
- Assist with maintenance of our daily business resource site, including but not limited to:
- Access assistance and requests
- Response to request for assistance finding or accessing resources
- Running and distributing reports from the site
- Review user accounts for accuracy
- Review resource packages for accuracy
- Prepare content for new pages
- Assist in the creation of content used on resource site and/or social media
- Assist in data cleanup and communication
- Assist in identifying existing content to repurpose
- Assist in organizing and preparing mailings
Experience you'll bring:
- Detail oriented, focused on quality in all aspects of your work
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Resourceful in solving problems and maximizing resources
- An aptitude for technology, embrace change, and have a desire to learn
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with frequent interruptions
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
Bonus Points:
- Previous office experience
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Mass Media, Data Analytics, or a related field
