The ideal candidate is a customer-focused, innovative problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment, possesses strong technical acumen across multiple business systems (Microsoft 365, NetSuite, Smartsheet, Power Platform, Salesforce and SaaS applications), and has a passion for building modern, sustainable, and intelligent enterprise solutions.
Position Responsibilities Enterprise Architecture & Strategy
Design and maintain the overall architecture of Accion's enterprise business systems, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy, scalability, and data integrity.

Systems Integration & Technical Management
- Coordinate the integration of business systems (i.e. NetSuite, Salesforce, Smartsheet, Power Platform, and other systems) using APIs, scripts, and automation frameworks.
- Oversee system data flows, ensuring synchronization, accuracy, and compliance with internal governance and security standards.
- Lead configuration and back-end administration of enterprise systems, coordinating with vendors or consultants as needed.
Solution Design & Automation
- Build and deploy low-code / no-code solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Smartsheet, and similar tools to improve business processes and reporting.
- Partner with business units to translate process requirements into secure, scalable technology solutions.

Collaboration & Leadership
- Collaborate closely with business administrators in Finance, HR, Advisory, and other departments to ensure solutions meet functional needs.
- Contribute to the Global Technology Office's long-term digital transformation and operational excellence initiatives.
Position Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise systems architecture, business systems management, or similar technical leadership roles.
- Hands-on experience developing and managing API-based integrations, scripts, and automation frameworks.
- Experience with low-code / no-code development, data modeling, and workflow automation.
- Solid understanding of cloud architecture, security best practices, and governance frameworks.
- Strong expertise with Microsoft 365, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI), Smartsheet, Salesforce, and NetSuite is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts into business impact.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments and lead through influence.
- Expirience to work in a diverse organization across multiple global regions.
- Interested in our mission and working globally.
- Willingness to embody our values of excellence, respect and passion for social change.
- Excellence: Accion staff should always put forth their best effort in all activities, strive for high quality of collective and individual performance; and demonstrate honesty and integrity at all times while in the workplace and while working on behalf of the organization.
- Respect: Accion staff should value one another's roles and responsibilities as much as their own, be encouraging, and value the diverse and unique perspectives of colleagues. They should honor obligations and commitments to each other and to external partners.
- Passion for Social Change: Accion staff should be committed to making a difference in the lives of those less fortunate, value the greater good of the organization over personal gain, and promote a productive workplace by acknowledging the accomplishments of others.
