Responsibilities
Assists the Senior Executive Leadership in the operation of the hospital. Provides recommendations/guidance to management supporting administrative and facility decisions. Sets objectives, develops plans, staff, and directs activities of assigned departments/areas of responsibility. Provides professional level planning, reporting, analysis, and consultation, to support the goals and objectives of the Hospital. Help manage the hospital operations. May assume administrative responsibility for the hospital in the absence of the CEO. Ensure consistency of treatment and application of policy Duties:
QUALIFICATIONS Education: Master's degree in business or healthcare related field. Master's Degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work or Marriage and Family Therapy, or related discipline a plus. Registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences a plus. Qualifications Additional Requirements: CPR certification and successful completion of Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) training. CPI Training may be obtained during new hire orientation. A strong knowledge of The Joint Commission, HCFA, OSHA regulations, and patient rights standards and all other applicable federal and state laws and regulations governing mental health care facilities.
