Kingwood Pines Hospital: Kingwood Pines Hospital is a 116 bed facility located in the beautiful residential Kingwood community. We are located about 30 miles northeast of the Houston Medical Center. The hospital provides 24-hour emergency services. We serve children, adolescents, and adults for psychiatric and behavioral health. The hospital also has services in intensive outpatient and partial hospital program services. www.kingwoodpines.com Qualifications POSITION SUMMARY: Kingwood Pines Hospital is seeking a dynamic and talented Human Resources Generalist. This position will provide support and assist with managing all functional areas of Human Resources, which may include Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Reporting, Onboarding, Compliance and Training/Development. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of three (3) years human resources generalist experience required. Human Resources health care experience preferred. EDUCATION: Bachelor's level degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Organizational Development, or related area required. KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: Knowledge of HR policies, procedures and all legal requirements such as FLSA, FMLA and EEOC. Knowledge of Joint Commission Requirements and state and federal regulatory agencies. Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of customers and leaders and at all levels of the organization. Skill in organizing/prioritizing workloads to meet deadlines.
