Job Description We are looking for an innovative, creative and agile thinker to shape how AI transforms our sales and marketing processes. The AI Strategy & Transformational Lead sits at the intersection of business strategy, sales strategy, technology adoption and change management. This role is responsible for evaluating emerging AI technologies in conjunction with business process design - reimagining workflows, unlocking productivity, accelerating growth and elevating customer value and experiences. They establish the vision, orchestrate the execution collaboratively across the organization, and scale AI solutions across the selling ecosystem. In the role, you will serve as a cross-functional leader responsible for shaping and executing AI initiatives that drive measurable impact across go-to-market functions - including Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Customer Experience, Commercial Operations, Global Portfolio Engineering and Global Revenue Management. This role bridges strategic planning and execution, partnering with business and technical teams to embed AI into daily employee activities to simplify and increase efficiency, improve decision-making, and accelerate sales cycles.
