Join our Rehab Therapy team as a Patient Liaison in Wabasha, MN.

What's Available:

• Part time position at 0.4 FTE - scheduled two (2) days per week.

• Scheduled Monday through Friday, day shift.

What you will do:

• Represents Gundersen Health System's high standards for customer service in all telephone and face-to-face encounters through courteous, patient, and respectful conduct and conversation.

• Works collaboratively with the Rehab Department and health care team members to effectively communicate information.

• Join a team that cares for each other as much as our organization cares for the patients and residents receiving care at St. Elizabeth's

What you need:

• High School Diploma or equivalency

• 1 year experience in medical facility, preferred
