Job Overview
 This role requires a special Executive Administrator with particular characteristics as well as skills and abilities. You must love challenges, solving problems, be adaptable and resilient, and interested in working in a fast-paced environment at a company that's growing rapidly), This position will support the Leadership team that is stretching outside their comfort zone with all the rapid growth! The Executive Administrator is the "Face" of Bob's Discount Furniture and represents our CEO to Industry Analysts, Bankers, the Board of Directors, Customers and Employees. You will provide support to the CEO and Executive team, setting the example and providing oversight of organization protocol. This will include a high level of cross functional partnership with all areas of the business, the coordination of travel and events, oversight of executive communications and meetings, and the ability to act independently with an increased level of precision and detailed focus. This is a hybrid role where on-site presence will be required in our Manchester, CT office headquarters at least a couple days a week. Job Responsibilities
