As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol commercial real estate locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while supporting a welcoming environment. Through routine patrols and your visible presence, you will provide assistance and exceptional customer service to all visitors and tenants. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Observe and report any irregularities, such as suspicious activity or property damage, during patrols.
• Maintain clear and detailed logs or reports of activities and incidents encountered while on duty.
• Assist employees, visitors, and/or tenants with inquiries and directions as needed, providing a visible Allied Universal presence throughout the location.
• Interact professionally with all individuals on site, upholding the standards and procedures of Allied Universal.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience using handcuffs, pepper spray, and/or baton is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
